Nourishing Sunday Lunch And A Dose of Self-Care
Sunday lunch was a culmination of leftovers! Grilled chicken marinated in balsamic vinegar, grapeseed oil, and dried spices oregano and rosemary, along with grilled zucchini.
My other greens were a mound of spinach, kale, and broccoli topped with a few pitted kalamata olives. This lunch was simply delicious and ready in under 60 seconds. Now that’s fast food!!
I was in need of something nourishing and quick after a lovely massage. I went to my local Elements Therapeutic Massage for a dose of self-care. A massage was a great way to deliver a little extra TLC to myself. It’s so important to dedicate ‘me time’ to help recharge and rejuvenate oneself.
